Hello from the Chrome Web Store team!
We wanted to send you a quick update on a change in the Chrome Web Store that impacts your apps:
  • We've updated our category system. A few categories have been removed and others have been added.
  • We added subcategories to facilitate app discovery. For example, there is now a subcategory called "Photos" in the category "Entertainment."
  • Apps assigned to a subcategory show up in the category page as well; an app in "Photos" will appear on both the "Photos" page and the "Entertainment" page.
  • Items can be assigned both a primary and secondary category - but only the primary category will be used for displaying the item in the store.
